Quick question, how to retrieve the system name in CL. I have tried to use RTVSYSVAL and its not there. TIA, Tiki

David suggested "RTVOBJD OBJ(XXXX) OBJTYPE(*LIB) CRTSYSTEM(&SYS)" This will work as long as you know for sure the object you are chacking was created on the system you are running on. If the library was restored from a different system, you'll get that system name instead. -dan
