Looking for info on Robot commands

There must be a way to do this. I am looking for a CL command similar to addjobscde that I can use to have Robot submit a job based on a parameter of a scheduled date/time, etc. I want a program called by Robot, to do additional submits based on variable information. Can someone give me an example or a resource?
