Websphere application server

I am trying to create a Websphere application server for Webfacing using the Admin web site on my system. I can create an HTTP server with no problem, but every time I try to create the application server I get a "Create Failed". I look at the job log on the system and it says that it is trying to bind the HTTP server to port 80 but port 80 is unavailable. I have changed the port number, created the HTTP server separately with a different port number but nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Websphere application server

1. Make sure that Webrfacing server has been started.
2. Make sure you have all the PTFs. 5722SS1-SI10962 is particularly troublesome under V5R2.
