I just loaded WDSC 6.0.1, OS/400 V5R3 and I can't compile any programs. I get the error 'Host PTF missing.' I downloaded PTF SI17767 and try to load it and I get a message 'The specified PTF is for library *N or option 0060 load 5050 that is not installed'. What's up with that and how would I load it?

From an OS/400 command line execute the command DSPSFWRSC. Roll through this list and look for 5722WDS. You should have a bunch of entries, but the one you're looking for is 5722WDS option 60, WebSphere Dev Studio Client - Server Support. My hunch is that this option is not installed on your iSeries; you'll need to get it installed. Joe
