Websphere Development Studio 5.1

I installed 5.1 a while ago. I've used the Code/400 portion but recently tried to go into Websphere Development Studio 5.1. I get a splash screen that it is finishing the installation and then I get an error. I'm supposed to check the .log file. I see a lot of errors. Is there a problem with the installation and do I have to reinstall? I have attached the log file.
