RDI 7.1 how to get it

I recently read an article about all the marvelous features of IBM Rational Developer for System i (RDi) 7.1. I am currently using WDSc 6.0. Can someone advise me how our shop can obtain (i.e. DVD or download) the Rdi software, so that we can start using it here? Thanks
