I have an interesting delima. While in iSeries Access we all know you can do at Ctrl/PrintScreen or Alt/PrintScreen and paste it into Outlook or Word as a color screen shot. Although it may look pretty, the problem is that it is 1 meg in size. I had discovered that while in Access by doing a Shift/Print Screen and then pasting into Outlook or Word, the size was only 65-90K. The only difference was the the color was somewhat muted, but still a nice looking graphic. My problem is that I had to initialize and reload my entire PC. As a result, my Shift/PrintScreen now generates the same 1 meg screen shot as do the Ctrl or Alt methods. I have no idea what I had done previously that cause the Shift/PrintScreen to act the way it did and I despirately would like to get it back. Any ideas out there? Thanks.... Ricky Copeland
