Free development tools for the download.

I've posted some programmer tools on my web site. Just go to http://www.peterlevy.com/ and click on the Downloads link. The functions include service programs for Dynamic Arrays, Subfile Control, and Message Subfile Control. I've also included an example program that illustrates using the latter two service programs.
