  • client access and adobe conflict

    I have a user who is having what appears to be conflict with client access and adobe. The user upgraded to adobe 8.0 and that was a mess. She than went back to adobe 7.0.9. The PC locks up when the client access session is opened. When the client access is closed out, the PC unlocks. Has anyone else experience this problem and found a solution? Thanks

    By Adobe, I assume you mean Adobe Reader. We have version 5.2 of client access and have never had a problem as you describe. I'd strongly suggest that you make sure that you have the latest service pack installed on both your iSeries and your PC. Bill
