    Client Access Username Reset

Hi Steve, could you be more specific. What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to change the CA user name? More info is needed.

When installing Client Access you get one (maybe 2) chances to get the correct username when setting up the client piece. If the username needs to be reset now we have to redo the whole windows profile. Does anyone have a better way than that? Thanks for all your help in advance, Steve

If I understand you correctly, you want to change the UserName that was put in when setting up CA/400 on a PC. If this is correct, then simply open OpsNav on the PC. Under My Connections you will see the 400 you are connecting to. Right click on your 400 system. Click on properties, then connection. Change the User and options to whatever you want them to be. Click OK.
