DDS Barcode type QRCODE issue

I added a QRCODE to DDS the code from the DDS follows: I also attahached a copy of the actual QRcode produced. I have an android phone from AT&T. If I use that phone and the AT&T barecode scanner app it reads the URL from the QRcode just fine. But if I use a apple devide it won't read the code. Question is there some trick to this? Has anyone out in IT land that has used the QRcode and any phone will read it? I'm running V7R3. The QRcode contains a URL.
