I started a "Lunch and Learn" program about two years ago at a local client of mine. We spent one or two extended lunch periods per week learning virtually all of RPG IV. It proved to be an affordable way to get their entire RPG staff of 18 up to RPG IV levels at the same time without taking too much time away from work. Certainly if everyone sent one or two people to RPG World to learn RPG IV and releated technologies, those people would implement a simple Lunch and Learn program back at their shop, couldn't they?
