My V5R2 SQL RPGLE precompiler will not accept a DS defined with EXTNAME(MyLogicalFile:*KEY). I get an "SQL precompile failed." message, with an SQL1001. Is this a bug with the precompiler? Is there a PTF, or is there something I need to know?
This is still an issue under v7r3. If I remove the *KEY, the SQL precompiler doesn't complain. With *KEY, the key fields are not recognized by the SQL precompiler.
