Try EDTCDE(L) with a blank keyboard shift

    DDS Keyboard Shift

I tried what you suggested, and it did not work. I got the same results as before. I believe that DDS assumes a keyboard shift of a "Y" when an edit code is used. Do you have any other ideas?

      DDS Keyboard Shift

I have an application with a couple of amount entry fields, and I want to be able to display both the decimal point in the field, and display a minus sign when the amount is negative. If I set the DDS keyboard shift as a "Y", and use an edit code that will display a negative sign it appears to work fine with one exception. When the user enters the amount in the field, and presses field minus. The display converts the last number into a character (such as "M"), and does not display a minus sign. If I change the keyboard shift to a "S", and delete the edit code. The display program will show a minus sign when the user presses field minus but, It drops the decimal point. Is there a keyboard shift, or another DDS keyboard that will give me all three things that I want? Michael Soucy
