I have the need to attach a password to a document in the IFS. These documents are either created as a .TXT, .HTML or .PDF all by application programs on our system and then emailed to employees or vendors. We have the requirement now to make these document password protected when they are emailed so that when opened the recipient is required to enter a password. I've not found a way to do this other than purchasing one vendors software that only creates PDF files and attaches a password. Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve my issue?
