Our financial people have identified a number of "descrepencies" on the system and although they cannot determine the user responsible, they have their suspicions. I would like to find out, over the past few months, when that particular user logged onto the system I have tried using the QHST log files, but these are deleted each week when a full system backup is run As we run a weekly cycle (with special month-end saves), I can only go back 4 consecutive weeks, with the last week of each month available from month-end backups. Can I delay these files' deletion until monthly backup time? Any help in: 1. Determining whan a user has signed on, and 2. Keeping QHST files for complete auditing will be greatly appreciated.
