allow programmer access http server files on IFS
We are in the process of creating an internal web site. It is running and the files are in the IFS under Root and then WWW. (not sure how to write that-
ootwww? /root/www?) Anyway, sometimes we have difficulty accessing the files. The WWW directory is shared and I have added the 3 user profiles that could be adding/changing HTML files with read write, everything is checked. Yet sometimes they cannot access the files. What else is needed? Do I check the properties of root? Time to hire that seurity consultant? ---Dale -
