Secured FTP.

I am Explanin My Problem: Our scenario is That We are the Client For the IBM _ EDI VAN Box. IBM have given as two Different Login ID for 2 Inbox. From our(iseries) Side the application which we are using is only FTP server with SECOPEN with *SSL option. I have single certificate Store with two certificates recived from IBM. Please Explain to me How will I 1. Swap between Userid 2.How can I Associate That respective Certificate to the userid . TIA. MW
