John, You may have to add the implementor group profile to the programmers' user profile as a supplemental group. Hope this helps. Doug

Compiling an object under a different owner profile
My programmer's profile has one group profile and the compiled version of the program has a different owner so the compile fails because of ownership. Is there a way to overcome this on a day to day process? This happens because we normally use a package called implementer which uses one profile for building the object but sometimes the programmer need to do a quick fix outside of implementer but their group profile is different than implementer.
