What happened to Newsgroup reader access

When I try to access any of the newsgroups on your server (MCPRESSONLINE.COM) via Outlook Express I get the following error message... Configuration: Account: forums.mcpressonline.com Server: forums.midrangecomputing.com User name: Chuck Ackerman Protocol: NNTP Port: 119 Secure(SSL): 0 Code: 800ccc0e When I look this up at Microsoft it says... CAUSE This problem occurs because the Microsoft Exchange POP3 service and the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service are turned off by default in Windows Small Business Server 2003. Can you turn this function back on? It's been this way since Thursday 4/27/2006.
