Docu-Mint vs Hawkeye

Thank you for the basic level explanation. I have been asked to find out more information on Docu-Mint and for what I was seeing it looked a lot like Hawkeye. If you have the time can you tell me a little more about it and it's characteristics? Hawkeye has a flow chart feature and "documentation" feature that are really not that good. I agree it is a great cross reference tool.
