CPY change in 5.4

We back up our domino data stored on the renamed iSeries NetServer(to us the IXS card). when backing up prior to 5.4 upgrade all the folders where backed up , now only certain directories are saved , any one else have this issue? Command I use CPY OBJ('/QNTC/EAHqINT/cdrive/Lotus') TOOBJ('EAHqIXS/LOTUS/') TOCCSID(*CALC) SUBTREE(*ALL) REPLACE(*YES) EAHQINT is our domino server on the IXS card EAHQIXS is a folder on the IFS
