First the SMTP id's and its user profiles could be list out by print ..then sort out by unique smtp . WRKNAMSMTP *system and F15=Print list. but as per my knowledge the smtp user id should be unique in a domain .

I am updating the SMTP addresses behind users on my WRKDIRE screen. For whatever reason, some users have 2 user profiles. However, OS/400 will not let me have 2 directory entries with the same stmp address. Any suggestions how I can get around this?

If you have only two userid's for same email address, you can manage it by entering the email address in two formats. 1. As a single string and 2. as name and domain name as seperate entries. Thanks, Reji
