It appears that many of our server jobs are running with logoutput *PND even though the QDFTSRV job description is not set that way. We have several thousand of these jobs in the system stuck in Joblog Pending status. Is there an easy (or even not so easy) way to identify all of these jobs and get them out of the system? It would also be nice to have the ability to monitor for these job statuses and keep them cleaned up instead of them just building up in the system. Thanks for any help.

Re:Need help with jobs in "Joblog Pending" Status
Thanks for responding D. A co-worker has actually discovered these can be identified using the WRKJOBLOG command, prompting, setting the begin date to *BEGIN and selecting *PENDING status. Of course this required hundreds of pages to list them all. Then you "simply" delete them. He created a macro to place option 4 next to each entry on the page, then simply clicked the macro and pressed enter to delete the whole page. It sure beat manually keying 4's on thousands of entries but it still took a while.
