I can pick a page range, duplex, pick number of copies, etc. but I can not pull from the manual page feed. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My printer device is at the bottom for your review. Thank you in Advance.. ***HELP*** Manual Tray feed

We so this by creating a Workstation customization object. 1. Retrieve WSCST source (RTVWSCST) Type choices, press Enter. Device type . . . . . . . . . . > *TRANSFORM *TRANSFORM, 3101, 3151... Manufacturer type and model . . > *HP4000 Source member . . . . . . . . . > HP4000 Name Source file . . . . . . . . . . > QTXTSRC Name Library . . . . . . . . . . . > TESTTMP Name, *CURLIB, *LIBL Text 'description' . . . . . . . *BLANK 2. Edit it with SEU and look for the Drawer Select DWRSLT statements. Copy the DATA portion from the drawer section of the DRAWER YOU WANT IT TO PRINT TO, and PASTE it into the DRAWER data section of the DRAWER1 that is the default. Exit and SAVE. 3. Create the CRTWSCST object, putting it in the library of your choice. I use QGPL. 4. Change the device description to reference this workstation customizing object you just created. Note that you can manipulate just about any parameters in the WSCST!!

        ***HELP*** Manual Tray feed

On my HP4000 overriding the printer file with DRAWER(*E1) worked--that's supposed to specify the envelope feeder, but it fed a normal sheet of letter-sized paper from the manual tray. Hope this works for you. Doug

              ***HELP*** Manual Tray feed

If you preload a small stack of paper in the manual tray no operator intervention is required until the tray is empty--you won't even see the initial "Manually Feed" message. Doug
