Network Printing with multiple trays

I have just installed an HP LaserJet 2100TN printer and created in *IP device so we can send AS/400 output to it. It works great with the exception that when tray 2 empties it doesn't automatically pull from tray 3. Does anyone know how to remedy this situation?

I think you will find that this is down to the printer, I came across this problem before and you need to ensure that TRAY linking is working. regards
