  • Network printing is upside-down

    Jeff,
How possible would it be to perform an OvrPrtF File(printfilename) PagRtt(180)
before creating the print files for this printer?
    Bill
In our intranet, we share LaserJet printers among a number of NT, W2K, Unix, Linux, etc. boxes. These printers are loaded with 3-hole punched paper. Our AS/400 is the ONLY box in the whole mix that prints with the holes on the bottom (landscape) or on the right (portrait). Does anyone know how to re configure the OUTQ to get that printing turned around?

The reports on this box are all generated by a purchased software package.

Well, that makes it tougher but not necessarily impossible. If they don't perform their own OvrPrtF Secure(*yes) inside their software, you should still be able to work with it.
You can get the print file name from one of the spool files created by the job. Try the ovrprtf before you run the software and see what happens.
