I have a very confusing problem that I'm working with. I have two 4230 printers - one at a local site attached via twinax, another at a remote site parallel attached to a terminal. The remote site is attached via 5493 remote controller. My problem is this. I have a particular 3-page report that prints with no problem to the twinax-attached printer; however when printing to the parallel-attached printer, I get blank pages before each actual report page prints. I have tried various emulation modes on the printer itself, the printer setup on the terminal, and the HPT setting in the device description, nothing changes. Does anyone have any ideas? This report is printed quite frequently throughout the day and amounts to quite a bit of wasted paper. Thanks!
