Creating PDF from Client Access Express

I am using Client Access Express printer session, on OS400 V4R4M0, to create a PDF file. However, no matter how I define the printer on my Windows 98 machine, or the printer on the AS400, I keep getting this error message: %%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: O 6 F - ]%% %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%% %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %% I can only assume the first characters in the file are control characters. What can I do to get around this? Thank you.
