Printing in VERY TINY print.

A client has 2 HP LJ5P and an Okidata printer that print in miniscule print. They have had the Okidata printing correctly but for some reason it isn't now. They use Client Access as an interface. These printers are set up as Networked printers. HELP

Under Communications/Configue/Printer have you selected the Transform on the AS/400 option and then selected the appropriate printer description?
