Multiple Printers Attached to one Outq?

I don't believe that more than one printer can be attached to a single outq at one instant in time. What I am looking for is a method to allow a busy office to use multiple printers (same type of printers) that are attached to one outq. When I release a document to be printed, I would like a "pool" of printers to be available and the first printer that is idle should begin printing the document. Anyone know a method for this? Thanks!
