    Which WebSphere version?

Joe, Look for data area QEJB/SF99131 or QEJB/SF99132 for the standard edition, and data area QEJB/SF99128 or QEJB/SF99129 for the advanced edition. The first data area is used with 56 bit encryption and the second is used with 128 bit encryption. David Morris

      Which WebSphere version?

Interestingly enough, the model 170 has data area QEJB/SF99029 (which is not among your list, David ), which shows: Group PTF#: SF99029-01 V3R0M2 05/15/2000 The V3R0M2 indicates to me that I do indeed have V3.0.2! That would be WAY cool. Meanwhile, my poor little model 150, with all the PTFs and groups applied, doesn't have ANY data areas in QEJB. This does not bode well for the 150.

A file in the IFS can be used to identify the version: /Qibm/ProdData/IBMWebAS/properties/version.properties Open the file with Wordpad and the version number can be identified.
