  • Migrating from IPCS Lanserver to Integrated Netfinity server

I don't know of any materials, but I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. In other words, aside from giving IBM extra revenue, what are your goals and objectives? Is there something that you can do on the Netfinity that can't be done on your existing server? Dave

Dave, I was told that Lanserver was not supported on V4R5. Maybe I was mislead? Is Lanserver supported in V4R5 and V5R1? Also, the Lanserver has been working great and we're very pleased with it. Thanks for your reply... Scott

Migrating from IPCS Lanserver to Integrated Netfinity server

Are there any materials that cover migrating from IPCS Lanserver to Integrated Netfinity server (NT)...? We are currently running V4R3 w/the IPCS lanserver and want to go to V4R5 using the Integrated Netfinity Server. Thanks....

The IPCS is most definetly supported in V4R5 and beyond. I'm not sure about the Lanserver software. I have one client using the IPCS at V4R5 with DOMINO. No problems to report. Dave
