    Cross Reference and *IN Indicators

Ignore previous message about extras. Sorry, i thought i saw one there.
Does anyone know of a setting to get named indicators (Using *IN01-*IN99) to appear in the Cross Reference? I wanted to use the cross-reference to do documentation, and the only ones that appeared were the ones used positionally. Any help would be appreciated.

Enable the macro extras " Actions -> Enable Extras ->" press enter if you do not have your own macro folder to add to the extras.
