Hi, all, Need your help. As you know, when we use data source to get data through Client Access in a ODBC program, we can specify a default library. Therefore, we do not need to specify library name to identify table in SQL statement. However, the default library name is not shown in exit program SQL string in AS400 side. It makes us no idea on what is the actual library the file allocated since multiple files with same file (e.g. FILEA) could be in different libraries (e.g. LIBRARYA and LIBRARYB). We do not know which file the SQL request actually pointing to. AS400 system knows since it can execute the SQL exactly. But how about making user exit program recongnize it? Is there any way to see the default library name of PC data source somewhere in AS400? Jack
