Building on IBM's strategic partnership with Adobe, the consultancy specializes in work management software consulting for enterprise clients.

Open source Call for Code for Racial Justice solution "Five Fifths Voter" deploys during National Voter Education Week to help educate voters and make their voices heard
IBM and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles announced today during National Voter Education Week the deployment of a new solution designed to help improve awareness of local, statewide, and national issues in communities lacking traditional access to and education about voting. Five Fifths Voter is a web-based application built using open source-powered technology to help educate, empower and enable disenfranchised minority voters to overcome setbacks incurred by voter suppression.
The IBM board of directors has elected Al Zollar to the board, effective October 25, 2021.
Al Zollar, 67, a former director of Red Hat, brings deep technical knowledge and experience to the IBM board. Since 2014, he has applied his expertise as a technology investor working with cloud-based technology providers, leading providers of enterprise security solutions and other technology and software-as-a-service companies. This followed a 34-year career where he held various leadership positions in IBM's software and systems groups. He is also a member of the board of directors of Nasdaq, Bank of New York Mellon and Public Service Enterprise Group.
Kyndryl, the new, independent public company that will be created following the separation of IBM's Managed Infrastructure Services business, announced the appointment of Harsh Chugh as the company's Chief Operations Officer.
IBM today announced that it is providing no-cost, online coursework and a digital badge credential in a collaboration with Adobe. The collaboration is designed to help prepare students, particularly those from under-resourced backgrounds, for successful academic and professional careers by teaching them basic design principles and creativity tools that are highly valued by today's employers.
