Sherpa Software reports that its full suite of Lotus Notes solutions has been validated by IBM and is now compliant with the latest release for Lotus Notes and Domino 8.  The verification ensures that each Sherpa Software Lotus Notes product has been reviewed by IBM for technical validity within IBM software.

Sherpa Software's award-winning solutions for Lotus Notes are specifically designed to provide extensive archiving, email management, content filtering, policy enforcement, and database administration capabilities to companies addressing issues relating to compliance, storage management, and e-discovery. Since its first Lotus Notes product, Mail Attender, was introduced nearly ten years ago, Sherpa has supplied the needs of many Fortune 1000 companies.

  • Mail Attender for Lotus Notes is a multi-faceted product that allows you to manage corporate, legal, and regulatory archiving and retention needs across the enterprise.  Through automated, centralized management it can effectively archive documents/attachments, enforce policies, monitor content, manage storage and more.
  • Discovery Attender for Lotus Notes is an e-discovery tool that automates investigative content discovery tasks in Domino .NSF files, IM logs and common file storage areas (.doc, .xls, .pdf, etc.).  Discovery Attender enables IT and Legal teams to immediately access content and efficiently search, locate and review data in response to subpoenas, requests from inside counsel or court orders.
  • File Attender for Lotus Notes is a Lotus Notes-based file management product that archives andmanages the files on a user’s hard drive or on a Domino server.  This includes files on any random access storage that the user or server can address (file server, WORM, SANS, NAS, jukebox, etc.).
  • Database Attender for Lotus Notes is a database management and archiving tool that gathers information about the Notes infrastructure and provides proactive control over ACL settings, content, usage/growth and database deployment management.
  • Directory Attender for Lotus Notes is a Lotus Notes utility that gives administrators the ability to manage data within their Domino directories.
