IBM Cloud Event Management is a cloud-based offering that is designed to enable clients' DevOps and IT operations teams to help resolve application, service, and infrastructure problems quickly. Cloud Event Management includes:

  • Automated event correlation and prioritized, incident resolution views to remove confusing and irrelevant alerts
  • Integrated notifications to help ensure the right person is notified at the right time
  • In-context runbook automation to help ensure speedy resolution of issues

Cloud Event Management can now be purchased by subscribing to the level of activity that best fits clients' needs. The new ordering options are based on the amount of event and incident management activity teams need.
