“I'm an artist, and if you give me a tuba, I'll bring you something out of it.”
By Steve Pitcher
Full disclosure: I am not a good developer. I’m even a worse artist. Heck, I’m not even a Beatles fan. But I do love that quote.
If given code in just about any readable language and a little bit of time, most of us tech guys can bring something out of it. It might not be pretty (especially in my case), but it’s going to get the job done.

As you read through each section of the survey, you will see our summary of the results and suggestions for the future. We hope the survey will help your business better understand what is possible for your IBM i platform in the coming year.

IBM’s Steve Will talks AS/400, POWER9, cognitive systems, and everything in between
True or False: The IBM i operating system is just the AS/400 all over again. False! The AS/400 provided a solid foundation, but it has evolved over the years into the entirely new animal that we call IBM i.
