Internal dump ID 01000A8D. Error class 0, device number X'0000'. Cause . . . . . : This damaged system object QAZDGCOL QAZDGCOL has an error class 0, and a device number X'0000'. The following error classes indicate how damage was detected: 0000-previously marked damage; 0001-detected abnormal condition; 0002-logically invalid device sector; 0003-device error. For error class 0003, the device number identifies the damaged device or it contains zero if main storage is damaged. VLOG-01000A8D. etc. etc. etc. blah blah blah Obviousely, some system files are damaged. I have run a RCLSTG *ALL and RCLSTG *DBXREF several times, but to no avail. HELP !!! What can i do ???     Create a Problem Record using the WRKPRB command. Send it to IBM if you are using Service Director. If not, call IBM service immediately. Dave

      Martin, We had something similar happen. IBM has a rebuild procedure that you can call. I can not remember the name but service would know. The instructions are contained in an APAR. David Morris
