We have an RPGLE module that uses imbedded SQL to select records to show on a screen. We have been experiencing sporadic issues where the on-line program will hang up on the Open Cursor statement in the module. This is turn causes all other users who access the module to hang up in their on-line application. Once the program is re-created binding all the modules, the issue goes away. The module in question is not re-compiled before the program is re-created.
