You will be a member of the team directly responsible for the ongoing health and availability of Findwhat.com data network services. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the design and implementation of individual solutions as well as the ongoing maintenance and management of Findwhat.com production or corporate data networks. You will be working in a high-availability, high-transaction, multi datacenter environment. 1. Assure the performance, integrity and availability of the Findwhat.com network infrastructure, databases and applications 2. Work with internal customers to develop network solution requirements for business goals and objectives 3. Work with Technical Operations team members to develop technical solution 4. Effectively identify and communicate risks during course of projects 5. Ensure compliance of solutions with corporate security policies 6. Provide detailed solution documentation 7. Coordinate with NOC to ensure appropriate monitoring of new solutions is included as part of roll out Experience and Skills: 5+ years of network (LAN/WAN) engineering experience required Extensive hands-on design experience with routing protocols in multi-homed, distributed environments preferred 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches Previous experience in high-volume, Internet/e-commerce environment highly preferred Extensive practical knowledge of network protocols, devices, and commonly used tools Familiarity with a wide variety of commonly used appliances (load balancers, firewalls, packet shapers) required Good knowledge of solutions for high availability/fault tolerant systems Good troubleshooting and analysis abilities required Ability to work unsupervised Ability to design system level solutions Good project management skills required Good verbal and written communication skills required Good interpersonal and Customer service skills required Ability to work in a business-critical 24/7/365 environment Ability to work as part of a team “Do whatever it takes” attitude Ability to lift greater than 40 pounds Education: One or more of the following industry standard technical certifications required: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cisco Certified Design Associate ( CCDA) Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Apply Now: http://career.pereless.com/index.cfm...83017&JID=8469
