What program caused Exit program call?

I'm having trouble trying to identify which program is starting commitment control incorrectly. To catch the error, I'm going to use an exit program registered to exit point QIBM_QCA_RTV_COMMAND, intercepting all programs that issue command STRCMTCTL. My question is this: once the exit program is called, how does it know the name of the program that issued the STRCMTCTL cmd that caused it be called?
