Tables left open

I have a program that accesses various tables through cursors. there is one table that is not; Select Repold Into :Rplstr# :Ind_Var1 From Strp0050 Where Repnew = :@Store What happens is that after the program is finished and LR is set on, this file and a logical are left open. I don't have a SET OPTION in this program because I close the cursors in the program. My question is, will the set option with Closqlcsr = *ENDMOD, close a file that does not have a cursor????
