Help! I am trying to help a colleague renew (replace?) their VeriSign CA using DCM. I have never done this before and we are not having much luck. I have searched this fora and the info center and have found some documentation, but nothing really great. Can someone point me to step by step instructions? We deleted the *SYSTEM store, created a new certificate, sent it to VeriSign and are now trying to receive it, but keep getting an error message saying that the "issuer of the key is not found" if we try to receive a CA certificate and we get "no request key is found for the certificate" if we try to receive a system certificate. Any ideas? Thanks, Joe
