Dear Blue, Based on your fundamental questions, I would suggest that you seek professional help. Consider hiring someone on an independent contract basis to come in and help with your conversion and education. Another idea would be to get a contract with the IBM SupportLine people. You are being asked to do a job for which you are not qualified. Who else will offer advice here? Looks to me like Blue needs help and fast!
