Oracle Announces Its PeopleSoft Integration Strategy

** This thread discusses the article: Oracle Announces Its PeopleSoft Integration Strategy **
The difference in this take and the news article I read is the key word "beyond" after 2006. That was missing in the news article. Missing in this analysis that was in the news article is that all 8,000 Oracle developers will be working on Fusion by 2006. I wonder why the news article said current development efforts would continue until 2006, and this says 2006 and beyond, and why the news article said all 8,000 Oracle devlopers would be working on Fusion by 2006, and this one sounds like everything will just keep on going on current products after the current announced releases? It all comes down to defining "support" until 2013. I think it means support converting to Fusion myself. rd
