Bryan, Apparently is has something to do with loading resources to specific models of printers. Use Google Advanced Search: http://www.google.com/advanced_search and enter IBM.COM for the Domain along with DJDE as an exact phrase. Terry

DJDE Statements
I worked with DJDE about 10 years ago on large Xerox printers. JDE (Job Descriptor Entry) is used to define a basic print format and DJDE (Dynamic Job Descriptor Entry) is similar to an OVRPRTF command in that it changes selected attributes (form type, copies, routing entries). The following link is the best I have found. http://download.support.xerox.com/pu...650_PDLRef.pdf I wrote a utility years ago that allowed me to generate DJDE at the beginning of an AS/400 print file. I did this because we had a number of programmers and this method did not require everyone to learn DJDE syntax; they only had to fill in the things they wanted to change on display prompts. All of the parameter values were stored in files and if the value was not blank at run time, a program would format the DJDE with the appropriate keywords and the values from the file.
