Do you get a power light on the terminal? Can you test the twinax? The connectors are notorious for shorting the connections to the pins against the barrel if not constructed exactly right. What brand and exact model of terminal is it? Is the address set to 0 (zero) on the terminal? Is it plugged into the port 0 (zero) on the controller? What shows on the LCD on the front of the 400? -dan

Hi all, Just found an old 9402 in our storage. Hooked ub a twinax cable from the controller to the terminal...but no sign on....what am I doing wrong?
