    Need to fill 2 IT Manager positions in two different MAPICS shops. Very similar needs, one with "Hands-on" RPG skills, one with more of a high level Manager with a very strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, (Mapics, PRMS, BPCS, etc.). IT Manager / Director - IBM iSeries-AS400 - MAPICS specialist - Southern California manufacturing client needs a "high-level" IT Manager to manage a staff of 1 Contract Programmer and 1 PC Technician/Network support staff. Evaluate hardware and software and make recommendations to upgrade systems based on prudent R.O.I. Be responsible for budget processes, RFP, R.O.I., project management skills, work effectively with the VP Finance. Immediately help to automate their manufacturing processes that not fully automated, automate their EDI and improve service levels for PC and network support. Should have current or very recent MAPICS experience, but will consider other manufacturing ERP experience. You must submit your recent salary history with resume.
